Tool to update images in an OpenStack Cloud an idea by tbechtold Currently there is an internal OpenStack instance (cloud.suse.de). Most of the images there are outdated so it's common that everybody just uploads a new image. Would be nice to have a tool which updates at least the most common images (SLE11&12, openSUSE, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora) automatically once a day. So ater spawning a new VM, there would be no need to first update (and maybe reboot) the machine or upload a new image before you can start to work. Updated over 6 years ago. 3 hacker ♥️.
