Description

With the adoption of AI-assisted coding and advanced refactoring tools, the volume of code requiring mandatory peer review has increased significantly. As Pull Requests (PRs) grow in size and complexity, reviewers face increased pressure, making it easy to simply miss mistakes.

Goals

• [ ] Explore AI Integration: Investigate how Google Gemini can assist the code review process within our current GitHub workflow.
• [ ] Real-world Testing: Validate the effectiveness of the tool by running it against several large, existing Pull Requests.
• [ ] Analysis: Document findings and conclude whether AI-assisted review significantly reduces review time or increases error detection.
