As detailed previously on devel and opensuse-factory the KDE team didn't have access to their bugs and could not actively subscribe.
This is changed now by introduction of opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org mailinglist.
Goal of this project would be to take kde-maintainers@suse.de assigned bugs, review them and reassign to opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org where applicable.
Bugs that are for old codestreams/not-reproducable/etc should be also closed to make sure there are not 300 assigned bugs to our few contributors.
