We have Ruby now, yay! But the developer documentation still quite sucks [the old version is shown in that link]. We want to fix that.

DONE!

The developer documentation has a well structured starting page. We have a Vison how to improve it further.

The individual GitHub repositories will get README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md (both are not finalized yet).
