Project Description

Following a recent discussion with the Packaging team at SUSE we will do a revamp of https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Packaging I recently introduced some small snippets and noticed that the structure is not ideal. A new structure was already created by @dspinella and I'll try to work with it and the community to implement as much as possible.
