[CaaS] [CAP] Work on a long term solution for L3 team to easily reproduce customer's issues

I had previously cobbled up a "one script CaaS2 installer": * https://gitlab.suse.de/gfigueir/pl3-scripts/commit/b96552bd693e1b00fe2e32becd5bbaaa6d6ee024

                 I want to extend this by adding CAP

Collaboration - pair programming/troubleshooting using ssh+tmux

I could use some help with salt on 12/07 or helm on 13/07. Let me know in #SDI (ping capcom)

Schedule

L3 team will maintain our services working during hackweek, which means I will start my hackweek on the 11th and finish on the 17th: * 11/07: Create base CAP functions, tests with CaaS3 * 12/07: Write NFS server salt pillar and test with l3vm hook
* 13/07: Test: 1) CAP+ NFS storage pool 2) everything together * 16/07: Write documentation and do bug fixing * 17/07: Write postmortem/presentation/review
