Home Assistant already supports BTHome with the BTHome integration. This project is about creating the corresponding client with a Raspberry Pi Pico

Goals

Learn more about BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and the BTHome protocol using python.

Resources

  • Raspberry Pi Pico W (with MicroPython)
  • A sensor if you want to provide real data (otherwise dummy data can be generated on the Raspberry Pi Pico)
