Finish Qt 5 port of vym and port to as many operating systems as possible.

During Hackweek I managed to get vym to run on

  • openSUSE 13.1
  • openSUSE Factory
  • Windows 7
  • Mac OS X

Screenshots are in my G+ stream. Code is within the Qt5 branch of the vym project on Sourceforge.

A long standing issue on windows was load/save of the compressed maps, which finally is solved using 7zip. Missing parts are packaging using standard installation tools on Mac and Windows, coming soon.

As soon as Qt5 is fully supported for Ubuntu/Debian in OBS, vym will compile again for those platforms.
