Create the Draft/Concept doc for Studio 2.0

It's 1.5yrs since we've launched the last Studio version. Customers are asking about a roadmap, a new version... After discussions with AJ, Adrian, Alex, I want to create a draft plan/concept how such a Studio successor could look like. We have a basic list of use cases - which will certainly need refinement. We'll need a list of the main actual Studio "components" We'll need to gather substantial input from the field, to validate some of our assumptions and use cases As a starting point, and result of this project, a concept document should be created. This document should be part of the concept gate/presentation for SLT/ELT.

Sounds high level, and little hacking... but in my eyes needed - and we're something like 8 months late. I'll look for PMs to participate, somebody from OBS, Studio, and UI/UX team...

      What about joining this project from a remote location? Will it have sense? Will I be able to follow the discussion?

      As I am not officially taking part in the HW, I cannot commit anything more than my spare time. This is however quite in my field of interest and I'd like to participate never the less. I can offer some of the needed validation - at least on the behalf of the current onsite customers.

      Jordi, you can certainly join from a remote location. But be aware, that"s more discussion, collection/brainstorming than coding.

      A great way to structure this would be to use IMpact Mapping: http://www.impactmapping.org/

      Yes, impactmapping might be a nice way to structure this. I"ll create an etherpad and I'll set up a G+ hangout for all the guys who want to join.
