Investigate the openQA installation process for IPMI and PowerVM

Description

We have many openQA jobs for Bare metal installation for x86_64 servers/arm servers/powerVM lpars. however, the installation process is not very clear for testers. so I will try to investigate the full installation process for them.

If have free time, I will try to check s390x/xen/hyper-v as well

Goals

  1. Get familiar with dhcp/pxe/ipxe protocal
  2. Get familiar with dhcp server/install server
  3. Draw a full picture for installation process
