Tumbleweed on Orange Pi 5 Plus (Rockchip RK3588 board)

Orange Pi 5 Plus is one of the most popular SBCs with rockchip rk35588 SoC. There are Debian/Ubuntu for RK3588 SBCs because Rockchip SDK provides toolchains to build Debian-based OS. It's interesting to see how we can bring RPM-managed systems to the platform.

Goals for this Hackweek

[1] Let Tumbleweed run on this kind of board (base goal).

[2] GPU acceleration Desktop.

[3] Auto build/packaging CI.
