Let's imagine you are a sales engineer. You want to either:
1) Introduce to a prospect [customer] with a killer elevator pitch "the companies in your same industry have bought these SUSE products - wanna talk?" 2) Meet a customer and cross-sell an additional SUSE product ("based on our data, we know that the same customers that have bought the product you own have also bought...").
In other words, we want something that works as in Amazon when you are looking at an item "customers also bought..." based on SCC data.
The idea is to apply a recommendation engine to our SCC database and discover hidden insights and patterns to better provide our sales engineering those killer introductions.
