I need to get a basic understanding about MD software RAID setup only via command line tools to be able to understand, analyze, and fix software RAID related issues in ReaR https://github.com/rear/rear

To do this I will install SLES15 with MD software RAID only via plain bash script preferably from within the ReaR recovery system or alternatively from within the SUSE installation system.

The reason behind is the ReaR upstream Github issue https://github.com/rear/rear/issues/1540

Basic understanding about MD software RAID setup is a perecondition to be able to implement support for that in ReaR. This is not software RAID but Intel IMSM/RST based "firmware RAID" which is something special in between hardware RAID and software RAID.
