Project Description
What personas are using Rancher? There is scope to get further insights into who uses Rancher and what part of the software delivers value to those individual personas.
This will help inform who are we solving problems for and how we deliver even more value. If we understood the personas using Rancher, we could enhance the personalisation of the product and prioritise the roadmap based on persona density.
Goal for this Hackweek
- A means of capturing telemetry data on job role and personas in Rancher
- A defined list of target personas (think Platform Engineering roles, Application Developers and Security Analysts)
