Upgrade OBS crash to current upstream latest release

Base version is the one before current upstream with many of the upstream current patches

Making the crash project a bit less complicated

Project Description

Crash on OBS Maintenance is a patched version 7.2.8 and upstream version is crash 7.2.9. Many of the version 7.2.9 patches are applied to OBS maintenance. By bringing the base version on OBS up to version 7.2.9 some of the patches can be dropped and the project made a bit simpler with fewer patches.

OBS crash version will be based on crash version 7.2.9 source.
