Description

The 8250 NBCON patch is being reviewed on upstream, so in order to understand the constraints of the NBCON with Preempt-RT just implement an example driver to understand how it works.

      In the end I worked on improving the printk code related to suspend/resume, plus removing the CON_ENABLED console flag. The project wasn't finished, but the WIP can be checked here:
