Project Description

There's Elixir for browsing mainline Linux releases. We should set up a similar system for SUSE kernel releases.

Goal for this Hackweek

The goal is to setup the cross referencer and make it available somewhere under [kerncvs.suse.de](kerncvs.suse.de).

Resources

The Elixir cross referencer is freely available at https://github.com/bootlin/elixir.

There's already a Gitlab issue against the kbuild infrastructure for adding such a system. See https://gitlab.suse.de/kernel/kbuild/-/issues/27 for more information and discussion.
