Run C code from source with tcc

It would be nice to have a OS that can be tinkered with easily by having only a compiler as the only binary on the system.

I started https://github.com/bmwiedemann/instantcompile/ as a PoC to get closer to something like that. The goal for now is to get busybox to run (possibly with an embedded libc) with tcc.
