While SUSE still runs mainly on IRC, we still need to interact with others, some of which occurs on Slack and Rocket.Chat. I'd like to have one chat application with a good overview of all the various channels I'm in, across the different servers.

Sadly, Pidgin isn't a choice here because they don't have a built in web browser, which is required for SAML logins with Rocket.Chat.

They appear to have (unstable) APIs documented at https://docs.rocket.chat/developer-guides/realtime-api/ . But the actual site appears to use a different websocket endpoint (…/sockjs).

(Suggestions to other multi-protocol communications tools that might be able to do IRC + Rocket.Chat also welcome)

      The documentation moved to https://rocket.chat/docs/developer-guides/realtime-api/.
