Provide a web site where folks can see the current/past versions of RKE2 at a glance in an easy way.

We did it! https://eduardominguez.es/rke2-versions/ (source at https://github.com/e-minguez/rke2-versions/)

Goals

Currently folks need to go to https://github.com/rancher/rke2/releases and browse over the releases. K3s versions already exists https://github.com/e-minguez/k3s-versions/ so it will be just a matter of doing the same for RKE2 (and change the branding)
