Description

The SUSE-Manager-Tools are used with many customers. Moving it to a container or venv with a newer version of python. Or even move it to golang, could make it easier to use for customers and to update in the future.

Goals

Move SUSE-Manager-Tools to a newer version of Python or golang and move it to a container.
