Modify the Line6 kernel driver

I want to modify the driver so that it:

  • a) supports newer hardware
  • b) can move out of staging
  • c) get fame and €€€€€
  • d) package the line6 open source apps

The drivers can support recording audio via usb and some devices support copying "tone configurations" over usb.
