Manual kernel builds are often needed esp. for embedded environments. The native compile there is often not fast enough. We should therefore try to prepare our kernel package build system to become cross buildable via a simple

rpmbuild --target= ....

call.

Goal for this Hackweek

Having a kernel spec files being able to compile for foreign targets. And created merge requests for our kernel maintainers.
