Goal for this Hackweek

revisit the workflow and propose changes which will

• lower the amount of manual steps, follow ups & tracking systems bureaucracy
• increase the builds stability
• introduce identification of completed content

Deliverable

• An end-to-end document describing current workflow & proposal what to change.
• Business Process Diagram for the proposed improvements
• identification of
  • short-term improvements to improve the pain points ASAP
  • long-term improvements to have the workflow working in the best way
