Git-like subcommand support for zypper

Inspired by gits way of supporting extension commands.

The docker team would like to use this to provide a convenient way to patch docker images and running containers.

Implemented in zypper-1.12.5 (SLE-12/oS-13.2: zypper-1.11.33). For details see section SUBCOMMANDS in zypper(8).
