Description

In some projects, there are some tarballs that openqa-trigger-from-obs for openQA can sync, but we don't have a way to extract them yet.

Goals

• Create a post-hook that takes the insta.tar files and untar them to a directory in /var/lib/openqa/factory/repo.
• PXE server can use the URL poiting to those files
