Snoek is a polling tool currently used heavily by Beijing colleagues:

I would like to improve it by:

1. making it compatible with python 3.0 and the latest stable Django for better maintenance

2. implementing a more interesting front page (e.g. to make a dynamic photo wall in the login page so that people could upload their own art to the tool)

3. merging static "portal" pages about Beijing site to snoek (jupiter.bej.suse.com)
