I would like to measure how various services and their software updates in openSUSE TW impact the power consumption of a PC

Goals

Build a device integrated to the power suply of a PC Configure the shelly power meter to measure electricity consumption Create a system.d service what reads the power consumption in a cofigurable frequency Feed the electricity consumption to influx database and visualize it in grafana
