Description

I have a Win32 command line utility that is written in C that I would like to port to Rust.

Goals

Lear more about Rust and how to program in Rust. The challenge will be figuring out how to interface with all the Win32 APIs that pvctrl uses.

Resources

Whatever tutorials and help documents that I can find on the internet.
