Improving the openSUSE Websites

openSUSE now has a really nice home page but many of the other areas wiki/forums etc don't match the same branding (the openSUSE branding guidelines more generally).

In this project we will aim to update the branding across all sites to be more consistent with the branding guidelines and potentially look at where some of the content can be improved.
