My Xbox One X does not start - receiving varying error codes on boot-up. [I play DVD/BluRay on it so it is essential to fix]

Goals

Working Xbox One X I would like to document taking it apart, and fixing it. Replacing any faulty hardware and/or repairing software issues In the process of taking apart, I will replace the thermal paste (as this is recommended during taking apart the console) I will also research if I can upgrade or improve the console while doing this (for example: dual boot with other opensource projects)
