GUI related Docker support.

There are 2 major kinds of tools I would investigate related with GUI support of docker on SLE Desktop:

1. Running GUI applications in a dockerized environment 2. Manage/View docker containers via gnome shell extensions

Maybe there will be some hacking in existed tools, while it's more worthy of reviewing current toolsets and methods to achieve that.
