The current kplex_monitor repo needs to be reorganized so that it can be installed from scratch on another PI using ansible

Plan:

1. create directories
   • repo, install, log, run
     
2. New git repo
3. Put the current project into the new structure
4. create install.yml that
   • copies repo files to the correct place
   • installs / configures kplex server
   • installs cron scripts
   • installs shutdown service
5. Create VM for testing
   • needs git
   • ansible
   • python
6. Install django
   • set up requirements
   • setup initial project
