Add productcompose support to skippkg-finder

Description

Leap 16 started to use product-composer to build product repository, skippkg-finder as a script to generate a list of package to be filter-out while building repository, it should be able to support productcompose as well.

Goals

skippkg-finder be able to generate a filter list according to the pre-defined data in the OSRT:Config project attribute, and add it to unneeded subset block into productcompose definition file, for Leap 16.0 it's default.productcompose file.
