Description

The warewulf project allows booting compute nodes for HPC applications over the network.

It also features the configuration of the compute nodes via overlays.

Goals

Add encryption of the used network connections. Create a key for the authorization of the nodes in the TPM of the compute nodes.

• enable https for the network connections
• enforce the usage of https
• create persistent node key in the TPM
• use the node key for authentication of the node to the warewulf server
