Edgerouter 12 is quite powerful (4 x MIPS64 1 GHz cores) router with 12 ethernet ports, but upstream kernel support is lacking at least a driver for the ethernet switch.

Primary goal of this project is to add a switch driver for the QCA8511. Second goal is to build an OpenWRT image with this driver and other pieces needed
