Why not... ALM and a new test framework?

Goals

1. ✅ Development environment set up (Rust + Python)
2. ✅ Basic eBPF tracing capturing syscall activity
3. ✅ Local LLM generating test scenarios from syscall documentation
4. ✅ 5-10 executable test cases for a single syscall family
5. ✅ Simple pass/fail validation mechanism
6. ✅ End-to-end demo working on local machine
