Description

SUSE Observability gets their support request, resolution and background information via various channels (multiple slack channels, multiple JIRAs, google docs, notion, git). We want to make all that searchable to empower both support engineers and developers to look for issue history when an issue or question arises, potentially enabling AI to smarten the search.

Use open source tooling to get this going.
