Description

Instead of manually importing clusters from providers, declare that you want clusters from a specific provider to be automatically managed.

Create a new AKS cluster, and have it automatically show up for use in Rancher, complete with labels from the upstream resource.

Delete it from the AKS console, and it will automatically be removed from Rancher.

Use terraform to manage the lifecycle of your clusters, and have Rancher automatically manage the lifecycle of clusters for you.

Goals

Initial goal is automated setup of one of EKS or AKS clusters in Rancher, by regularly polling the upstream APIs to find new clusters (and identify removed clusters).
