Problem: QA Labs need some inventory from time to time. Usually people are busy and this tasks has lower priority. Effectively it means there is some mess in QALabs.

Solution: set of tools to make inventory easy and perhaps automated.

User Story: as a user I want to be able to check easily if all hardware is in the same place as it used to be and check if current place corresponds to view in racktable tool.

Acceptance tests: step1: check is triggered automatically on a given date step2: photo is taken automatically and stored step3: openCV recognizes hardware and maps it to racks step4: data from racktables is pulled step5: current rack state is compared to pulled data from racktables step6: if hardware is misplaced in comparison to racktables send an email alert
