This project was to get familiar with shared memory concepts and boost libraries. The excuse was to create a timer visible in the i3 status bar.

Results: unfortunately I was travelling so I couldn't hack that much on this project. I still managed to make most of the interface with boost::program_options. I'll likely finish the whole thing during free time.

• new namespace capabilities

• hacking on the train is very good, hacking when on holiday a bit less
