Demo project for HA using Raspberry pi-s

I have noticed that explaining HA cluster concepts to non technical people is not easy (my parents for example hehe). In order to improve that I would like to create a more visual project using raspberry pi-s.

Besides the raspberry pi-s, I want to include some webcams to create a High Available security camera system, if some of the Cameras or raspberries fails, the webcam server should be moved to the other node in the cluster.

It would be really funny and helpful to create this project.

The project could be used for didactic purposes or to give presentations (it is always good to have a ready-to-go presentation).
