Project Description

Currently autpupdate-perl runs on a cloud server. It updates perl modules in autoupdate, but also the whole CPAN-{A,B,...} projects.

I would like to at least move the d:l:p updating to a CI, as notifications and maintaining will be easier this way.

Goal for this Hackweek

Goal:autoupdate-perl runs daily in a github workflow.

Bonus: Also create automated submit requests do d:l:p
