      This is somewhat related to my project idea: https://hackweek.opensuse.org/21/projects/add-mbr-binary-format-support-to-the-fq-command-line-tool which aims to create a tool to inspect the raw binary data of a master boot record or a UEFI boot sector. The raw binary data will be formatted and given human-readable labels to aide with understanding the meaning of the binary data.

        The bootloader comes after the MBR, but it would be cool to coordinate these two projects and use both to show how the control switches from the MBR to the bootloader during boot
