Learn how Linux kernel interacts with a hard-realtime OS

Project Goal

Understand the basic structure of a typical industrial hard-realtime OS and study how it interacts with Linux (as a thread) for non-real time tasks. Last time I targeted on L4 but it was quite complicated and non-suitable as a hackweek project. This time I switch to RTT which is much simpler and I can achieve a minimized miletone.

Resources

As a start to understand RTT data structure and program mode, most of the work is code reading and no physical output. What I need is a laptop running Linux and vim, and time.
