Quick Event is an established orienteering management software but it is still distributed in non-standard form for Linux distros. Package the software in standard packages for major distributions.

Plan:

1) add install targets into qmake project files

2) review shared library/plugin loading code

3) create RPM, and possibly other, packages

4) (optional) build for non-x86 platforms

One of the tools has already been packaged at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:ppisa/qsqlmon. Leverage work done on the package by extending it over the whole suite.
