Transactional Desktop

Leap 15 and TW supports Transactional Server system role but some additional work is needed to have a transactional desktop system role.

The purpose of this hackweek is to document what need to be fixed and try to fix it.

A cherry on the cake would be to generate flatpak from our own RPM (allowing to use transactional desktop for the basic desktop and everything on top of it as flatpak, similar to https://teamsilverblue.org/ work.

      Some fixes were done and submitted to X server and various X package to not break when running on readonly-fs and transactional systems.

      Desktop system is now happily running in transactional mode
