Wire Desktop App on openSUSE

Currently there are two home projects which build a wire-desktop app for openSUSE.

https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:glebr/wire-desktop https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:pxc/wire-desktop

One does use the official Debian packages and the other one is outdated.

In this new OBS project the wire-desktop app should be built from source (https://github.com/wireapp/wire-desktop) and added to some bigger project/repository (like network:messaging:matrix).
