Once upon a time there was a bot

@mudler Created devbot that was helping the qa-tools party.

Useful but not quite

The bot was found to be useful, but lacked knowledge and will to do actions, The idea of teaching the bot how to be more useful came to be, and thus they were written.

A decree has been issued issued

Here by it is declared that the bot should

• Shout "tools @team assemble"
• Address all @team team members with one message.
• Keep the daily reunions of the order under 15 minutes
• Choose freely who is going to speak up! (round robin order)
• Remember what obstacles the party has found, and help to track them so they can be solved before the next quest.
• Remind the party that they shall meet, when they shall meet.

A new tongue to learn

The bot speaks in Golang, and therefore Golang needs to be learnt in the process, as the future comes, new ways should be understood.
