Create a database which reads and writes data in yaml based format and into yaml based files

Planned to write following functions for database:

• connect to utility software
• create database
• list databases
• delete database
• open database
• create table
• list tables
• delete table
• read data
• write data

Further plan to add following functionalities:

• filter options for query
• sorting options for query
• socket support, to support multiple-connections to DB-server
